In the hospital, we reduce falls and delirium by 80%+, and at home, we encourage self-management of multiple chronic conditions to avoid (re)admissions to the hospital and provide psychosocial support and coaching to avoid unnecessary emergency department visits and inefficient use of home care resources.
- Worked with our customers to deploy COVID-19 risk mitigation and self-isolation protocols through our avatars, and have released a new video visits product to facilitate telemedicine among populations that are traditionally difficult to engage through such technology.
