Financial institutions (FIs) waste millions of dollars marketing to new customers to try and grow their business. At the same time, they have current customers with massive amounts of revenue potential and few ways to effectively engage them to grow their "share of wallet". Finotta fixes these issues by providing a digital banking utility platform that helps FIs create better customer experiences to drive revenue, save money, and recapture previously lost or at-risk relationships. Our platform is made up of unique technologies that create a win/win situation for both the customer and the FI. The first utility we launched was our white-labeled debt roboadvisor - a solution that helps the customer navigate their current financial picture, guides them out of debt, and recommends refinance opportunities with their FI that are in the best interest of the customer. The opportunities discovered are then housed in the central hub of our platform called the Banker's Portal - a technology which aggregates, organizes, and mines all of the customer and competitor data into actionable insights for the FI. This allows the FI to digitally increase relationships with their current customers in the most efficient ways possible, thus increasing their revenue along the way. As we grow and scale, we will continue to develop new utilities that drive revenue and engagement for our FIs, ultimately created a platform that redefines how to build personal relationships through digital banking.
